Founded in 1999 by a group of passionate and committed musicians, United instruments of Lucilin presents, currently 40 to 50 concerts a year, a broad scope of musical events, ranging from “traditional” concerts to music theatre productions, children’s projects (and) improvisation sessions.

Embarking on a new chapter in the artistic and organisational development, we are now looking for an experienced Managing Director.

Job description :
Reporting to the Board and working closely with the Strategic Director and the Musicians’ Committee, the Managing Director will:
– provide advice and expertise to contribute to the overall development strategy of the ensemble, in dialogue with the Strategic Director
– sustain and develop the ensemble’s international network
– carry out the 8 regular musician’s committee’s aesthetic choices and collaborate with the future artistic advisor
– manage the artistic coordination with the partners and the artists
– manage a team of 4 on a daily basis
– attend international events to represent Lucilin
– manage finances (planning and follow up)

Profile:
Experience 10 years international experience in contemporary music management
Languages English C2 + French and/or German C2
Position Based in Luxembourg city, with 20% possible remote
Starting date asap

Conditions:
Salary to be negotiated based on experience
Full-time permanent contract, with a 6-month trial period
