BELLY DANCE: LADIES COMBO PACK

In these classes we will learn to move the belly and the hips with different rhythms and techniques. We will also learn how to move different parts of the body together and independently.
We will work and play with the coordination of arms, legs and torso in the place as well as with displacements. The objective is learning and training with dance steps and cardio exercises, while having a great time dancing.
We will focus in the abdominal work, exercising this area in a different and alternative way, practicing dance steps and belly movement techniques involving different parts of the abdominals: internal and external obliques, transverse abdominals and rectus abdominals.
Without limit of ageand without previous experience in dance! Registration required to join a trial class (Trial class for free!)
