Every Monday nights at Yoga Balance, 20h15 to 21h45, de-stress and reconnect to yourself with a nice Vinyasa Flow Yoga class with Alexandra Matias.
All Levels Postures or asanas are connected through the breath for a transformative and balancing effect, helping you to de-stress, detox and rejuvenate. We will build heat, endurance, flexibility and strength while incorporating standing and seated postures, forward and backbends, hip openers, twists and balancing poses. You will feel energized, de-stressed and fantastic! Open to all levels of practice and abilities.
Alexandra loves to share her passion of yoga. She is Luxembourgish and discovered yoga while living in New York City for five years. She turned to yoga to find a sense of stillness of the mind, more connection to herself, as well as to increase her strength and flexibility. Overtime yoga taught her to select her thoughts, to be more positive and to tap into her inner strength. She completed her 200hrs teacher training with YogaWorks. Her intention is to allow students to find a place where they can connect with themselves, enjoy the present moment, let go of the things that are holding them back and build courage and kindness towards themselves and others. Students will leave the class feeling de-stressed, relaxed and energized.
Drop-in for one class is 22€. There are also packages for 5, 10 or 20 courses that reduce the price to as low as 19€, 17€ or 16€.

2. Create an account at ?www.YogaBalance.lu and we will post your virement there.
3. When you are ready to start - signup for each class on the website. Classes must be completed before 21.03.16.
